Business engagements

Our services are offered to businesses. An engagement must be agreed with the relevant company. It may be agreed in a signed document or by express acceptance during a recorded call after the applicable scope, price and contract terms have been emailed and explained, subject to any mandatory legal formalities. Visiting this website or submitting an enquiry does not create a service engagement, purchase a subscription or authorise security testing. Scope, authorisations, fees, deliverables, service levels and other commercial terms belong in the engagement agreement. Website descriptions do not guarantee a particular result.

Service restrictions

Our service policy excludes North Korea (DPRK), Iran, Cuba, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. All engagements are also subject to applicable sanctions, export controls and other mandatory restrictions. This list does not establish that every other transaction is permitted.

Website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with availability, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or provide information you lack authority to share. Rights in website material remain with their owners. No permission to test a system is granted by these terms; any separately published disclosure policy applies only within its stated scope.

Privacy and existing agreements

The privacy notice explains business-enquiry processing. Where we process customer personal data on instructions, a binding written or electronic processing agreement is required. Our Data Processing Agreement applies when expressly incorporated into the relevant engagement. The domain migration does not transfer or amend existing agreements.

Applicable law

Estonian law governs these website terms, subject to overriding mandatory law. Any jurisdiction or dispute-resolution provisions for services must be set out in the engagement agreement. Mandatory privacy, regulatory and court rights remain available regardless of region selection.

Changes and contact
